to join call center's you must have good and attractive way
of talking because customers will not see you only they
will hear from you, with that you must be good or fluent in
english weather you use simple english.

you must need to develop confidence and you are rady to
join any call center.

Is there anyone who can advice me. Plz read and answr: I have 2yrs of call center exp since 2005. Worked for 2 diff MNC. But bcos of my mothers illness I was not able to work last two yrs.Mom was suffering frm deadly disease.In this whole I was roaming with her in singapore & India as no one else there to take care. But I couldn't save her even after this long effort. Now I want to start my work again but scared to face interview. When they ask me abt the Gap I just say the truth. trying all over but not getting selected. Can u advise me to handle the interview.Now I am staying in Kolkata. But I dont mind to relocate myself for job.
