Obviously that will be a Re-testing bug since there is no
change in the build and even if u found an different bug
then that one u might have missed previously.But it wont be
a regression bug.

New bug is called regression bug,because retesting means
test a particular bug but regression testing means that
those bug are fix what impact on all application.
