Filter gets the necessary records and
Condition retrieve the output based on the selection criteria

Filter we can use globally ... means we can use standalone
filter in any reports and anytime but in the case of
conditions we use in particular query subjects , query items
or in data items.

I think filter is resuable any where u want..
but u can't use condition..it strictly to that particular
report.

After applying date prompt and when we run the report we fet from date and todate prompts..so when we enter todate<fromdate its an error. How can we generate the user defined error message for this type of error
