Hey I am willing to Aviator College for Professional Pilot training in which I will get training for commercial pilot also certified flight instructor ratings. This is an F1 visa program. I applied for F1 visa last week but my visa was refused stating incorrect visa category. Can anyone help me out with this situation. Please let me know what should I do.

How can u prove that u will come back after finishing yr studies?
I got the visa based on my admission in a university in Texas. That means that it is mentioned in my passport (visa page). Can i get entry into US from any other state other than Texas.i intend to go to my sis's place from where i will go to my university. My travel agent told i will not be allowed. I am planning to do my higher studies in Fall 2010. I am getting married in June 2010 and I want to do my higher studies in F1 visa. My queries are as follows: Is it true that we cannot pursue higher studies in H4 visa for atleast an year? In what way does the marital status affect my chances of getting F1 visa? If I am rejected F1 visa, can I re-apply for H4 visa, and if so, is there a minimun time gap that should be given before reapplying for H4 visa? Thanks in advance.

I have copleted my Bachelor in Electronics&Communication engineering from india and applied for MS in Electrical engineering in usa.So they gave me 1 year english course for study then after i will be given admissionn for MS.Can i go for visa?

I had rejection three times first 0n 20th march and 3rd and26th of august, my intake will start on 27th of sep can i apply again in sep month? What can I do ?
interviewer inquired me that how many uni. u have applied for.i was confuse moreover i was missguided friends that you shoud reply more than one uni. i follow them and gave wrong information and was trased. interviewer refused visa is there is any possibilities of getting visa guide me....
