That's awesome! You guys charge for H1Bs ?? Do you know that
it's ILLEGAL?!! People applying for H1Bs through this
"consulting" agency need to realize that you will be
scrutinized by Immigration in the US...11 Indians were
charged and arrested with H1B fraud in the US.
Congratulations, your company will be next !

I have done BE in Mechanical and have 2 years 9 months of experience in IT company (completing 3 years in dec). Have been to US on B1 visa March 2010 . Hi All, I got H1B in the year 2008 and i have been there for 5 months and had my SSN and DL and i didnt hold any paystrubs and due to market down fall i was back to india and now am i eligible to apply in the same cap or need to go through fresh H1B filing. I had my H1-B visa interview today (29th October 2009), my interview went well however i was sent back with my passport and 221g form saying my title did not show up in their system and as soon as it does i have to submit my passport to get my visa stamped. Has anyone come a/c with this kind of issue??
