according to industry standards
they two different server in any orginazation they are
1)application server
2)database server
u need to say the os(linux,solaries,Unix dont ever say
windows),ram ,memory,processer details of both server it
better to say we have a separate load generator
please let me if i am not clear

Actually, the question would have been asked more
preciously.
What i understood from the question is talking about 2
server configurations.
1) Web / Application Server
2) DataBase Server
If you are using LR, we may not require to configure the
server machines.
Infact we can give our sugesstion to tune them if you come
across any bottlenecks while testing your application using
the abvoe 2 servers.
