Answer / vijay rathod
nand is better.because in nand gate,2 n-mos are in series n
p-mos r in parrallel. here , n-mos is very fast than the p-
mos.
so when v get join in series so it becomes very fast, while
due to parrallel connection of slower p-mos so result in
fast response, system becomes faster........

NAND gate will be a better option because it will have less
propogation dealy because of its structure. PMOS in
parallel will take less time.

Answer / hemant tulsani
NAND is better because
1. The 2 pmos transistors in series in case of NOR
implementation will make it slow becuse of low mobility of
holes which are majority carriers in case of pmos.
2. So to match the speed of the operation of Pmos to nmos,
the size of the pmos has to be increased. I results in
higher chip area consumption and hence higher cost.
