Static review is nothing but Verification where we verify
all the related documents at the end of each phase.
Dynamic review is nothing but validation whetre execute the
built, performed at the end of software devlopment process.

Static is another name for inprocess reviewing these occurs
throught development process
and dynamic testing is program testing which is done by
executing the code
