Risks can be maintained by following some rules &
regulations. Man Power risk can be handled by recruiting
more persons in the company (developers, testers etc.), so
that if someone leaves the projects another can handle that.
Another option is company can ask the employee to sign an
agreement. Which most of the companies are following.
