There are seperate tabs for requirements and testcases(Test
plan). For each requirement,there is an option using which
we can select the corresponding testcase and map to it.

In TestDirector after writing the test cases under Design
Steps tab, click on the 'Req Coverage' tab and there will
be a button 'Select Req', click on it and it will display
the requirements, then you can map the test cases to that
particular requirement.
