invoice the purchser can not get benefit of tax and tax
invoice the purchser get tax benefit there is major
different in retail and tax invoice.

Tax Invoice - Under the VAT Act Tax Invoice is the very
important Document. it is printed in Triplicate one for
purchaser 2nd for Transporter and 3rd is retained by
supplier. a tax invoice create tax liability to supplier as
well as Input credit for purchaser. normally tax invoice is
issued by registered supplier to registered purchaser. A Tax
Invoice Contained Following Information :-
1.Supplier and Purchaser Name and Address
2. TIN no of supplier and purchaser
3.Invoice no
4. Date
5.Material Description,
6.Authorized Signature of Supplier and Purchaser
7.Term and condition of Payment and Delivery
8.Excise no and Service tax no if required

Retail Invoice :- Retail invoice is issued to Last consumer
it may contain all information like tax invoice. if Retail
invoice contains TIN no and and VAT is charged then it is
Deemed as tax invoice. retail invoice is also issued in case
of Inter state sales and export.
