I/p voltage is not practically zero. When power on feedback
circuit gives large gain AB > 1 . Originally i/p comes to
the oscillator i/p from feedback and amplifier
circuit.Firstly noise from resistor is the i/p to oscillator
circuit.

in the amplifier, for producing oscillations the supply is
given internally by voltage(vcc)and the oscillator is
connected to the output of amplifier thus oscillations are
produced

it is happen by the random electrons which is present in the amplifier. random electrons present in resistor .this random electrons will produce small amount of current in amplifier.this small current is amplify by the amplifier. And in this amplifier has a positive feedback so o/p of amplifier will amplify until the oscillation start. phase shift of input and output will be same in oscillation.
