with both the companies. Though my current employer is one
of the best in the market I find ibm as a lucrative option.

I was quite happy with my previous job, I got promotion on time and many rewards from our client end but our process was getting ramped down and they asked me to join another branch in Noida for Jio domestic voice process, as I have more than 2 year experience in international process so it was difficult for me to move in domestic process and Noida is also so far from my house that's why I left the organization with good terms.

due to salary.... because my Last company not paying very
well ,, I am Taking more than 180 call in a day but they
are paying only 6000 pm I think It's not good salary so
that's the reason I left the last job
