Both are from mercury but quality centre is the latest
verison from mercury both has Requirement , test plan ,
test lab and defet tab but Mercury quality center has
Dashbord tabe that is usualu use by management people and
usability is good and userfriendly ness is better overall
the purpose of tool is same.

the main difference between test director and quality center
is test director supports winrunner sripts to execute
but quality center supports both winruuner and QTP Scripts.
