yes , i have experience in voice process but it necessary to
make experience in non-voice too.Then can only i say i have
experience in BPO not only in voice process ,So i need to

im an engineering graduate (BE ECE) i have experience of 1.5 yrs in non technical BPO, i can justify abt my reasons for takin up call centers but they are asking me why have u chosen non technical being from technical side, i cant find any suitable answer to that question (basically im weak in technical concepts) so kindly tell me wat to say in this regard
