easy to answer what we know. Am answering only for ur 4th
question.
A bug is fixed. Now the tester may just check whether the
bug now occurs or not. Or he may check not only the bug
occurs now or not but also the other areas the data flows
and the areas it is connected to.
The former is called retesting and the latter is called
regression testing.

Can anybody write the test cases for the following scenario. I want to create District. for that, District Code field, District Name field, Reset button, Submit button, Back button are there in the screen. whenever we enter District Code & District Name in the related fields, by clicking on Submit button, District should be created.
