No! we can not change the MAC (media access control)
address of network card.The MAC address is 48 bits address
in haxadecimal form and
its identy devide in two part. first 24 bit difine by OUI
(orgnization unique identy) and second 24 bit difine by VAI
(vedors assine identy) The OUI is IEEE.so thats why we can
no change the indenty of network card

yes we can change MAC address but not permanently when we
restart our pc then it will automatically takes it's
original mac address which is provided by manufactures.

Yes we can change the MAC address of a particular NIC or
Router . Some of the routers providing inbuilt tool to do
the mac cloning.
And lots of 3rd party tools are available to change the MAC
address of NIC .

We can change the MAC address by editing it in the
'property' option of network connections..But we cannot
change it permanently. Once we restart the system,the
original MAC will be set.
