See ! Certification in any skill is not at all mandatory.
One can pass any (objective)test with 'hit and
trial'method. But that doesn't mean that he is so expert in
that. Few companies are asking for Certifications in
Testing like 'ISTQB' or 'CSTE' etc. However,I say, it's
only an advantage to hold this and get preferred by the
employer but not mandatory.So guys, no need to worry :)

Even IT companies has its own learning programs for this
purpose only. Competency getting increased among people ,
so in order to show your skills outstanding from one
another have to posess certifications which will add your
credit points
