one module contains 3 screens like entry , exit & trasaction. u can perform operations by using these screens and u save that changes but those screens are not displaying on the desktop then how u can assign the seviority?

In my application, date box is present on every screen. As a tester I have to test it on every screen. So need to write test case for it. If I write a test case for Date box only once & I refer that test case for next screen date box testing. Is it Ok?? E.g. Test case name - Date Box test Test Case Id - 01 If I want to write test case for Date box on New screen/module. Then is it OK?? In any application there are so many fields. So tester have to test each field with Special chars., Alphabetic value, Alphanumeric value, Blank Space. etc. I am testing with all these inputs but should I have to consider these into test cases.
