customer service is the to servicing or satisfing
cusntomers. i can satisfy customer very easy just onlo i
have to listen then and to assure them that customer is
always right and pur company motto is to solve customes
problem or to serve them right what are their desire.

to be a good customer executive i need to be good listner,
a lot of patience with keepin a smile on face and to solve
their problem or to give them service as fas as i can do.

We can satisfy customer by concentrating on what customer is

There are many definitions to customer service. But
according to me, it is A SERVICE which we provide to the
customer to ensure CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. It is basically
solving customer queries.

Besides punctuality and discipline, I believe that a good
customer care executive needs three most important qualities.
GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILL
GOOD LISTENING COMPREHENSION
GOOD PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE
