Deferred: The bug, changed to deferred state means the bug
is expected to be fixed in next releases.

deffered means postphoning the resolving the bug due to
lack of time ,lack of domain knowledge etc.,

Deffered means postponed the bug for further version, it is
not much important to fix.it is low severity and low
priority bug.

The bug may state as deferred for lack of time and the low
severity bugs. So this Bug can be fixed in next release.
