I am sujili(frm chennai) new commer for this site? I have

Puzzles 1)Three geniuses stand in a file (one behind the other). WHAT COLOR IS THE FRONT GENIUS' HAT? 2) one reasoning puzzle. 3) A monkey falls into a 30 ft well. Every day it climbs 3 ft up and falls 2 feet up. How many days will it take for it to jump out of the well.
