Answer / kamaljeet kaur

Hey two cases are there...

If someone is suppose that he is given a triangle like a
wire , and has to make equilateral triangles out of it,

Total length of the sides of original triangle(x) = 9 inches.

Total length of the sides of 1 inch equilateral triangle(y)
= 3 inches

Total number of 1 inch triangles = x/y = 3

Answer = 3 triangles......

And in second case, if he suppose that a trianlge drawn on
paper is given.... then area wise, 9 triangles can be
made.... we can't stick to that answer only.. Coz actually a
triangle has no area... so 3 triangles... must be the
preffered answer.
