Release notes is a Document released along with the product
which explains about the product.Its also contains about
the bugs that arein Deffered status.

when application come for testing,developer will release
the application along with release note.It contains the
information about what they developed and what is the scope
of appication.Software and Hard ward
requirements.Limitation you have in that application.some
time developer can't develope 100% code in such case,they
will mention which area they skipped and they are going to
develope that and every thing.
