the defect is not reproduced tha defect status should
be "not reporducable" and give proper comments and
description

In case of not repro bugs all the availbale information
like bug screen shots, configuration settings, environment
and any applicable special conditions have be well
documented and and notified to the client in case of
services based testing. In case of the Product testing the
same is Appended to the product release notes under the
section "Known Issues of the Product".

If the bug is not reproducible ,dev guys make a call
with "Not reproducible".
If the tester takes the call and makes it reproducible by
checking in diff environments and machines the defect
status can be changed with "reopen" else provide the
comments in defect tool and close the issue/defect
