* Responsible for preparing and getting sign-off on the Test
Strategy, Test Condition from the Development Project Managers.
* Responsible for resource and effort estimation for the
entire Testing phase / release and required approvals.
* Send Daily Status Report to the Project Managers and
Project Teams
* Identify any Functionality Gaps and give comments for
Process Improvement
* Generate Test Report at the end of Testing Phase.
* Escalate any defect/issue to the Project Managers, if they
are not addressed with in the defined time line.
