means the countries like US AND EUROPE are giving their

etc.but now BPO is playing a major role in india.In india

a rising industry these days. bpo deals in every sector.
most of the multinational company in india are bpo and the
most of work comes from us and europe as they earn their
profits by giving work in india as cost of labour is low
here and bpo cannot be called fully it sector coz even bpo
needs IT
