Remedy is tools which is used by the Production support
people for the Status updated of the issue

Remedy is a domain where we are ITSM server for this domain.
This domain is basically related to generate a new request
or order to purchse any thing. we test that that request
and order we have been generate, working fine? finaly we
can say this is work as help desk application.
