according to my knowledge.
To prevent other users from editing a document at the same
time as you are making changes to it, you can lock the
document. Others will still be able to read the document or
download a copy for themselves but they will be
automatically prevented from replacing (or revising) the
document.

to lock the document then 8.2.1 document will be used
to unlock the document then 8.2.1 document will be used

When a department wishes to place an order for goods or
services:
Prepare a Purchasing Requisition Form 12. This is simply a
request to order, as only the Buying staff in Purchasing
has the authority to issue purchase orders.

Obtain the appropriate signatures of the Department Head
and the Dean of the School for approval.

The Business Manager for the School should initial or sign
the Form 12 according to signature delegation limits before
sending to Purchasing.

Once Purchasing approves the requisition for goods or
services, a purchase order will be generated. This purchase
order will later be paid by an invoice voucher.

I know one differenec taht is QTP 8.2 does not support for
internet explorer 7.0 by using 9.0 and above we can access
thoese things.
