how do u retrieve data from a database ? i.e. i want to retrieve 2nd record only from a database ? write code for this. by using ADODB connecton, RSOBJ and using a FOR loop we can retrieve all the records( ex: if we give query as select * from emp). but i want only 2nd record. so how to acheive this.

Hi All, I want to know how can we schedule QTP scripts. Am using 9.5 version and in our office they want to schedule individual scripts of QTP so that it can run unattended during night time, Please help me how to do that. 2. what is the use of silent test run in qtp can I schedule the scripts in Silent runner, Please explain. 3.I retrieved data from the database using output value -> Database output value. the result of the query for eg is 5 rows, iam able to output the first row by selecting the cols and adding it to output, but am not able to do it for the rest of the rows. please tell me how to do it. Sorry for posting so many qns, am not able to find answ to any of the above in any websites, hoping that someone would really help me with these here, please help me. awaiting for ur immediate revert. Hello everyone, I am trying to parametrize a script. Its clear to me that, we use data table to enter various text data. but if I want to change the radiobutton (e.g. if for first iteration I selected radio button 'A' and for second iteration I want to use 'B' radio button for second iteration) then how can I make it happen. I have tried to define the question but still if not clear plz tell me. Thanks everyone

Sometimes my QTP scripts works fine and sometimes its not though I am using same shared Repository and am not doing any changes in it.Even though for descriptive programming also its works fine and sometimes it does not work.my application is pretty stable.Could anyone please answer why am facing these types of issue??
