We can use Dynamic lookup for source as Flat File.

Dynamic cache cannot be used for flat file.

i guess it won't have any cache like that, cache is nothing
but a memory isn't it,flatfile is just file it will store
values according to our requirement

you can use lookup transformation
lookup transformation create different chaches
