What would you do if your superior tells you to do something that you know is not right in the wa..

Answer / ravi kiran

This is usually faced by most of us in our daily routine in job. Our superior assigns us a task in a specific pattern and we know that choosing that pattern may lead the task to failure .

So i path choose depends on you as well as your superior.

1. If superior will listen your arguments and so try to arrange a discussion and show him the pattern you choose for the task.

2. If Superior is one who doesn't have time to listen your arguments and assigns you the task and instructed you to follow a pattern, in such case try to do the task in the pattern given by the superior and at time presentation upon completion, show him the work you done as well as points you think that pattern is wrong practically and then explain him your pattern which best suits the task.

In another case you can do the task with both the patterns and show it your superior upon completion and prove the advantages of your new pattern as well as disadvantages that may come with old pattern.

I had given this based on my small experience and some may choose the different way then the way i had given. Always choose the one which you think that will lead you to appreciation.

All the best

Regards,

M Ravi Kiran

What would you do if your superior tells you to do something that you know is not right in the wa..

Answer / panna roy

First of all i would listen to him properly and then
suggest my way of doing it.If he is not happy with the
suggestion then I would talk with the person who is senior
to my boss and tell him that this is how i wanted to do the
thing, but my boss wanted to do the otherway round which in
my opinion would be the wrong thing to do.If the problem is
sorted well and good, else, else what? Go to any consultancy
and appear for an interview.Don't u even know that?
