Whenever a recruiter asks how much salary are u expecting?
we should say NEGOTIABLE. This is because he asks such kind
of question to check your flexibility and confidence. If u
tell your answer as 18,000/- per month,but the recruiter
might be expecting to give u more than 18,000/- per month
den he feels that you are not confident on yourself and if
he expects to give you less than 18,000/- per month then he
might think you are over confident.

Salary is if it is MNC company we can ask simpley we are
