See i can say one thing.If u r really bothered about salary then i can say TCS is just a decent company and not the best. But when it comes real enjoyment in life, i bet no one can beat TCS.. 1 person's job is done by 10 people out of which 9 are very talented.. so all u have to do is just be a spectator, get the job done and enjoy all time with ur family and friends..I have seen people enjoying their life staying in bench for years together.. People who r posted to different base branches enjoy staying in their home town..They visit office once in a month only if required...People with enough experience get onsite opportunities instantly for KT sessions and later they get release from project and go for another project for another onsite chance..What do u say to this??? Many people say that IT engineers have no time for social life but people in TCS have all the time in this world to enjoy even more than a government servent..For all those people where money is second preference can join TCS......
