this seems to be a very simple question but should be very
care while answering........
u should speak always in a positive way about ur past
companies even though u have faced bad experiences in ur
company......
Don't say that I have less scope in my previous company or
no growth........ and employees are not recognised for
their work...
becoz the company ur going to join may have the same as ur
previous company who knows....
So always answer in a postive mindset......
this will defenetly highlight ur style of work..

A positive mindset of answering this question is always
desired.Don't be like a child to answer this question.This
queation is not at all stupid but really carries a lot of
inputs for the interviewer
Focus on the visibility you have in next couple of years
and how the organisation you are going to join is exposed
to your expectation.
some of the assupmtions you shoudl understand first
1.You know that you are looking for a change [may be for
manoey or onsite or something....blah blah...]
2.Interviewer also know that you are here for interview
means you already decided for a change....
So
