A positive mindset of answering this question is always
desired.Don't be like a child to answer this question.This
queation is not at all stupid but really carries a lot of
inputs for the interviewer
Focus on the visibility you have in next couple of years
and how the organisation you are going to join is exposed
to your expectation.
some of the assupmtions you shoudl understand first
1.You know that you are looking for a change [may be for
manoey or onsite or something....blah blah...]
2.Interviewer also know that you are here for interview
means you already decided for a change....
So
Answer in this way...
Yep I am working for last 4 yrs in this and this
technology .
I need a change to work in new enviornment doing some good
things in ..... areas.
The visibility i have for next 2 yrs is this ...and hoping
that the organisation i m going to join will have a lot of
scope to grow.
Liek this you can phrase some thing to answer such
questions.
