once the tester has performed testing the applicatio and if
he founds a bug then sent it to developer in order to
rectify that, once the second built is released then once
tester will check the defect is really rectifieed or not if
not then he will reproduce the defect.

In bug symtoms/features column list we should mention the
bug is reproduceble or not if reproduceable we must specify
the reproduceble procedure.
this helps the customer to see the bug and he can analyse
the bug.
