why ?

Answer / vaishavi shahi
Initialy, both the carpet and the dust are at rest. when the carpet is shaken with a sticks , it is set into motion whlie the dust remains in the state of rest due to inertia of rest. Thus, dust falls down due to the pull of gravity.

Answer / sudhanshu
If we beat a carpet, the dust comes out because the inertia of dust is lesser than inertia of carpet

Answer / daksha jha
This is because when we beat the carpet with stick,we apply
pressure on the dust particles of the carpect. On applying
pressure the kinetic energy of particles increases. As a
result the particles starts moving and we see them coming
out of the carpet.

when we beat a carpet with stick, the dust lying between the threads of carpet fall off because carpet is suddenly set in motion, the dust particle tend to remain at rest due to inertia of rest

Answer / waleed khan
Due to much less weight of the particles the force of the wind is greater then the weight of the particles therefore particles flying in the air

Answer / simranjot singh gill
it is because of gravitational force, inertia and gravity.
| Is This Answer Correct ? | 7 Yes | 10 No |
Answer / vaisnaavi . v. shenoy
it is because the dust particles were in rest and when the
carpet is besten with the stick the dust particles cannot
resist the change so the fall down.

Answer / sanju
When the carper is beaten with a stick, the carpet and the
dust particles are ser in motion. The carper comes to rest
after some time, while the dust particles go on moving.

I’ve heard that in quantum physics a lot of fancy mathematical objects like hilbert spaces are used, and that in particular, measurable quantities are described by self-adjoint operators. Are these things related to what you have just explained? : quantum physics

A coil consisting of 200 turns of wire has its ends connected to a circuit such that the total resistance of the coil and the circuit is 2.0 ohm. There is no source of e.m.f. in the circuit. Each turn of the coil is a square of side 18 cm, and a uniform magnetic field directed perpendicular to the plane of the coil is turned on. If the field changes linearly from 0 to 0.5 T in 0.8 s, what is the magnitude of the current in the coil while the field is changing?
