Sequence shud be :
Issue Raised in oracle apps -> Verify yourself as far as
you can -> Check by making the trace on(debug) -> Check
forms/reports -> open in forms/reports builder -> Check
from DBA side -> Search in google -> Search in metalink ->
Ask collegues -> ask friends (Whole meaning is try not to
be a loser) -> Then comes reporting level -> if u find a
resolution and can be implemented in ur level do it else
follow the hierarchy -> Immediate senior functional / tech
lead -> module lead -> Team lead -> RM/PM
