What is current SALARY and expected is it negotiable ?..

Answer / pbr123

One should always demand on the basis of current situation.
and this should be calibrated. The reason for this is it
can make you in or out, you may loose some oppurtunity.
Also demand should be one the basis of expertise. If you
have have a nichie and working in a domain where people are
not available, you can surely ask for 30 to 50%. But you
are only there for c,C++ programming I think it should be
20 to 30%. Its just my thought I am not sure if this is
what HR/recruiters think.
