cmm is depends on the growing project,as the project comes
in the market.Then the project takes sometime to grow in
the market.therefore cmm is dependent on project level.

Obviously. It doesn't mean that a project or product which
has no CMM Certification wil not work fine. It is a
recognization like a designation in our work environment.
