Water fall model one of development methodalogy , in which
all the reqirements are freezed before begining the SDLC
Aassuming there won't be any changes in future.If at all
they come they will treat it as enhancement and they will
have a fixed time frame to finish and close the project.For
kind of small projects they will use this methodalogy.
