In a club there are certain no. of males and females. If 15 females are absent then no. of males wil..

Answer / Sudhakar Tripathi

Let the number of males be M and the number of females be F. We know two things: (1) When 15 females are absent, M = 2Fn(2) When 45 males are absent, F = 5M.nNow let's solve for F when all members are present, then set up an equation to find M:nWhen all females are present, F = 45 - 15 = 30nSo when all males and females are present: M + F = 45nUsing the relationships we know, we can rewrite this as M + (2F) = 45 and F = 5M.nBy substituting F in the first equation, we get: M + (10M) = 45 => 11M = 35 => M = 3.18.nSince the number of males must be an integer, this question does not have a valid solution according to the provided conditions.
