In secondary transmission i.e., in distribution side, supply for homes are connected through different phases in order to balance the 3 phase load. But in practical we saw nearby house doesn't have power due to single phasing. But other two phases give supply. How it's possible? it doesn't make "single phasing"?

Difference between induction motor and synchronous motor? i Think Synchronous motors operate at synchronous speed (RPM=120f/p) while induction motors operate at less than synchronous speed (RPM=120f/p – slip). In 3 phase induction motor even with low Voltage it reaches nearly it's rated speed why? (for example instead of 400V it reaches with 250V)

what happen if the load connected to the induction motor is taken away? the same question for synchoronous generator in synch i think that the the exitation voltage will appear on the terminal only if so plz answer me
