in which code Mid steel and carbon steel, carbon percentage shown or to find..

Dear sir,

As we know that IS 2062 is for mild steel products. and difference between carbon steel and mild steel is because of carbon percentage only.
But my question is that, where excatly and in which code, the different mentioned in specific way , with carbon percentage.
