formula to convert 4-20mA to 0-100%

(mA - 4.00)/16*100 = %

Suppose 8 mA convert into %
Then, (8-4)/0.16 = 25%

if i have to convert 12 Ma in percentage
(12-4)/0.16=
8/0.16=50%

when ma=4,percentage=0

when ma=20,percentage=100
