What are the rounds taken in the interview for all call centers. What are the training period and training given to the agents of the call center.
I'm a team lead at a call center and there are two other team leads who share the same floor. where do u stand as a team lead when compared to other two?
If conflict arrises between two people how will solve that. If one person is overlooking into others job how to deal with such type of people ?
I have done B.Sc.(H)Zoology).I went for an interview in a call centre.Cleared seven rounds there.Only I was selected out of 50 people for HR round.In HR round the HR manager asked me "Why you want to join a call centre after doing B.Sc.?" I couldn't answer and lost the interview.
