Lapping of 32mm steel for column = 45×32=1440mm. Lapping is allowed to 32mm steel .but binding is not allowed . They requires welding.

answer is if you bgo thumbrule 50x32=1600mm mm =1.6mt i m20 conc
in m25 conc - 1312 mm = 1.312mt m25 conc.
