At first check UI like all labels are present or not. Labels present in the page are aligned properly or not.
Next you can check Functinality of the page like flow is working correctly or not. Functionality is working correctly or not as per the requriements of the client or not like username should be 8 characters long only . Then check it is working or not ..etc.

enter flipkart.com in chrome check the time to open
now click on links & check whether it is taking to correct links or not for ex you click on mobiles there will be category
like samsung.when i click on samsung it should display samsung phones if click on nokia it should display nokia phones and in this check all the links

you have to do compatibility testing



and in search enter titan .it should display titan watches
click on any watch and click on buy now

when i search for shirts it should ask for size.i have to select size and click on buy now


it should ask for address to be shipped

and many more test cases

it depends upon functionality of website
