Drill Through: From one report it will navigate to another
report.(Ex:Summary report to Detail level report)
Drill Down/Up: From Higer Level we can can drill down to
lower level on the same report.(Ex: Year->Qtr->Month->Day)

Drill through allows to navigate one report to another report (summary to detail level of information).at least one matching column should be exist in both reports.
